## What is the Zip Merchant Dashboard?

The Zip Dashboard is your hub for all Zip-related activities. In the dashboard, you can:<br />

* Create and refund orders<br />
* Access online and instore integration details and guides<br />
* Order instore collateral including stickers, counter cards etc<br />
* Join Zip marketing campaigns<br />
* Generate reports<br />
* Manage your notification settings<br />
* Add or remove users<br />

## Accessing the Zip Dashboard

Head to [merchant.zip.co](https://merchant.zip.co) and login with your username and password.

When you are onboarded with Zip, you would have received an email to the nominated authorised contact with a link to set a password for access. If you are having trouble locating your login details, reach out to our Merchant Experience Team at <hello@partners.zip.co>.
