If you are experiencing issues with you integration, please find some common issues you may find below


"Terminal Not Registered"


This error is normally because there has been a typo or mistake with your initial integration for the store or outlet.



If you received this message when trying to process a Zip sale, please open your Zip merchant portal and verify you have set up your Vend register as per the guide here.

If you receive the message "Vend register has previously been registered and is active" (shown below), please reach out to [email protected] so we can remove it.


Once we remove the register, you can complete the registration in the Zip Merchant Portal again as per the guide here.
