Quick Start Guide

To complete the Zip integration there are three items you must complete. Before you begin, please ensure you have a Merchant Portal account created. You will need API credentials from there to continue set up with your Payment Gateway.

   1. Create a Zip Connect Account so we can pay you. You can set this up by logging into your Zip Merchant Portal under the Settings tab.

To ensure timely and accurate payouts please do this BEFORE you activate your Zip Payment Gateway

  1. Integrate the Widget on your product detail pages, mini cart, and cart.

  2. Add the Zip Payment Gateway so your customers can check out via Zip.

Depending on which ecommerce platform you have, the specific directions for adding the Gateway and Widget will vary.

  1. Depending on the platform of your online store, install and configure the appropriate Zip Plugin/Cartridge or develop a Custom Integration.
  2. Refer to the Widget Guidelines and decide if further widget updates are necessary.
  3. Test the integration.
